Take a measuring tape and write down your measurements. If you are between sizes, size down if you are looking for a very snug fit or size up for a slightly more comfortable fit.

How do I measure my chest size? (HAS)

Passing the measuring tape under your arms, measure your chest circumference at the widest point, making sure to keep the measuring tape horizontal.

How do I measure my waistline? (B)

Measure your waistline where you usually wear your belt, making sure to keep the tape horizontal.

How do I measure my hip size? (VS)

Measure your hips where they are widest, making sure to keep the tape horizontal.

How do I measure my arm length? (D)

Measure horizontally from the center of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow, and down to the crease of the wrist.

How do I measure my size? (E)

Standing with your back to a wall, barefoot, with your back straight and flat, measure your height to the top of your head, making sure to keep the meter vertical.

How do I measure my waistline? (HAS)

Measure your waistline where you usually wear your belt, making sure to keep the tape horizontal.

How do I measure my hip size? (B)

Measure your hips where they are widest, making sure to keep the tape horizontal.

How do I measure my inseam length? (VS)

Standing with your back to a wall, bare feet 5 cm apart, measure from the floor to your hip, making sure to keep the meter vertical. If necessary, place a book between your legs to make it easier to take measurements. Do not hesitate to get help to take the measurement.

How do I measure my height? (D)

Standing with your back to a wall, barefoot, with your back straight and flat, measure your height to the top of your head, making sure to keep the meter vertical.

How do I measure my foot length?

With your foot flat, measure the length of your foot from the heel to the tip of the longest toe. To get the most reliable measurement, place your strong foot on a sheet of paper and draw its outline. Then measure the distance between the two. As the foot expands with effort and heat, add 0.5 cm to the measurement obtained and refer to the size chart below.
