We also offer a range of lifestyle and products for bikepacking and commuting , in order to meet the needs of city dwellers seeking comfort and practicality on a daily basis.

In store, we accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact), as well as via Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash.

Kadéos gift cards are also accepted.

Consider the Muule gift card , ideal for giving as a gift or treating yourself.

We do not accept checks.

Access to the store

Our store is located at 23 Quai Saint-Antoine in Lyon 2nd , in the heart of the Presqu'île.

- By metro: 5 minutes walk from the stop Cordelier (Metro A) and 10 minutes from the Bellecour stop (Metro A and D).

- By bus: Albon or Romain Rolland stop (lines 30 and 40) and Cordeliers stop (lines C3, C13, C14).

- By bike: The Vélo'v St Antoine / Grennette stop is a 1-minute walk from the store. You can park your bike on the racks nearby. We accept bikes inside the store.

- By car: Parking spaces are available near the store, as well as at the Saint-Antoine car park located a 2-minute walk away.

Click & Collect

Order online at Muule.fr and pick up your items directly from our Lyon store, Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Simple, fast and free, Click & Collect allows you to buy your outdoor equipment in just a few clicks and collect it whenever you want.

Exchanges & Returns

Unsure about the size or model?

You can exchange or return your items free of charge in store within 45 days , whether you purchased them on the muule.fr website or in store.

All you need to do is present your receipt , and return the items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
