The Therm-a-Rest Boost 650 0 °C Regular is a down sleeping bag designed to offer greater freedom of movement without sacrificing warmth. Its semi-rectangular shape provides generous interior space, which is particularly appreciated by people who change positions regularly during the night.

Its WarmZip™ technology allows you to adjust its shape depending on the conditions. Once the center zip is closed, the bag adopts a more body-hugging fit that reduces the volume of air to heat and concentrates the insulation around the sleeper. This configuration can provide up to 6 °C of additional warmth, according to Therm-a-Rest.

Two openings allow you to stick your arms out to read, handle equipment, or ventilate the bag without leaving its warmth. The two-way side zip offers additional ventilation at the torso or feet.

The hydrophobic duck down fill with a 650 cuin fill power is Responsible Down Standard certified. The insulation is strategically distributed around the torso and shoulders to optimize the ratio between warmth, weight, and compressibility. The outer fabric and lining are made of entirely recycled ripstop nylon, with a PFAS-free water-repellent treatment.
