More than 70% of the materials used to manufacture the products come from recycling. 100% of their feathers and wool are certified as respecting animal welfare. 100% of their cottons are organic and finally 88% of their materials are Bluesign certified, meaning they are free of risky chemical substances. In addition, repair, second-hand and extended warranty solutions are offered to customers. There is still room for improvement in PFAS water-repellent substances which have not yet been 100% eliminated. Microfiber pollution and plastic packaging are still too present.

Haglofs is engaged in a process of continuous improvement to advance its production partners. It can be noted that more than 20% of production is still transported by plane and that it is still difficult for the brand to produce mainly in Europe. But these figures increase every year.
