With its simple and inventive design, the OSPREY Rook 65 is a highly innovative hiking backpack designed for a higher level of comfort and convenience.
The Rook is designed around a ventilated back system featuring AirSpeed mesh suspended over a large airflow cavity. This design allows the body to conform to the shape of the hipbelt and lumbar region of the backpack, for enhanced comfort and even more stable and assisted load carrying. The shoulder strap height adjustment is very intuitive thanks to the innovative vertical adjustment system on rails, while a wide, ultra-padded hipbelt provides a pleasant feeling on the hips and assists in carrying heavier loads.
The Rook has all the essential features for multi-day trips: a generous volume with access through the top flap and the lower sleeping bag compartment, an internal divider, and numerous compression straps ensuring the stability of the backpack without hindering access to the mesh pockets.
