Welcome to the world of the Muule Outdoor Club , also known as the MOC , for short. A trail running and outdoor activities club based in Lyon-Écully. Supported by Muule.fr, this outdoor club brings together an epicurean and sporting community .

At MOC, we don't just run. We walk, we cycle, we ski, we scramble, we pitch tents, we laugh, we learn, and we start again. In short, we experience the outdoors in all its forms , between trail running, hiking, bivouacking, bike rides, and ski touring.

Today, the club already has more than 80 members , from complete beginners to ultra enthusiasts, but all with one thing in common: the desire to get out of the house, breathe the fresh air and do it together.

A club open to everyone

Whether you're a pelo or a fenotte, a beginner or an expert , the MOC is open to all levels . Because we are convinced that outdoor adventure is something to be shared.

The MOC is a club like no other, here we mix between:

Weekly trail running sessions supervised by a coach and muscle strengthening.
Participation in local races : SaintéLyon, Trail de l'Aqueduc, Run Écully, etc.
“Outside the Walls” outings several times a year : hiking, bivouacking, cycling and ski touring.
Access to equipment tests with committed brands distributed on Muule.fr.
And above all, good humor in the great outdoors .

Regular appointments: the basis

Every Tuesday at 7 p.m. , it's the famous Run & Beer . We meet in front of the Bar de la Place in Écully , we run, we breathe hard, we laugh, we encourage each other. And then, we switch to hoppy recovery mode around a drink. It's our little ritual: summer and winter, good weather or not, we take out the headlamp or sunglasses.

And of course, we all proudly wear our pink flamingo t-shirts. More than a uniform: a true standard. It follows us everywhere: on the trails, in the mud, under the sun, while running or out and about.

And very soon , a new starting point is coming to the heart of Lyon. Meet us every Thursday evening at the Muule boutique Located at 23 Quai Saint-Antoine for a crazy trail running session. Same energy, new playground.
