Refund policy

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them to Muule, in its original packaging if there is one. In case of exchange, the return is free. In the event of a refund request for change of mind, the return is charged €3.99.

The refund policy only applies to new items still packaged, without any trace of use.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt, by Muule, products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.
