Therm-a-Rest Z Lite SOL Regular Foam Mattress

The Therm-a-Rest Z Lite SOL is a closed-cell foam sleeping pad designed for light hikers, campers, and trekkers. Simple, reliable, and virtually indestructible, it is not afraid of punctures or uneven terrain and requires no inflation.

Its dimpled surface traps air to improve insulation, while the reflective ThermaCapture™ coating reflects body heat back to the sleeper. With an R-Value of 2, it can be used alone during the summer season or under an inflatable sleeping pad to provide additional insulation in cold weather.

Its foam has a softer upper side for improved comfort and a denser underside to enhance its durability. Its accordion-fold design allows it to be set up and put away in seconds. Versatile, the Z Lite SOL can also be used as a rest mat or additional protection at the campsite.
