Tā Energy energy gels are specially designed to support you during your most demanding events and training sessions.
They are a source of fast carbohydrates, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and essential muscle nutrients, providing a real energy boost. Each energy gel provides 133 kcal of energy, 33 g of carbohydrates and 500 mg of BCAA, while being enriched with mineral salts to compensate for the loss of electrolytes during exercise.
Their practical and easy-to-carry format allows easy consumption during exercise, while their soft texture and ease of swallowing make their use pleasant. For optimal use, the brand recommends consuming an energy gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the intensity of the exercise.
