With its simple and inventive design, the OSPREY Rook 50 is a highly innovative hiking backpack designed for a higher level of comfort and convenience.
The Rook is designed around a ventilated back system with AirSpeed mesh suspended above a large cavity allowing air to pass through. This design allows the body to conform to the shape of the belt and the lumbar part of the backpack, for enhanced comfort and even more stable and assisted load carrying. Adjusting the height of the shoulder straps is very intuitive thanks to the innovative vertical adjustment system on rails, while a wide and ultra-padded belt provides a pleasant feeling on the hips and assists in carrying heavier loads.
The Rook has all the essential functions for traveling stays lasting several days: a generous volume with access via the upper flap and the lower sleeping bag compartment, an internal divider, and numerous compression straps ensuring the stability of the bag backpack without hindering access to the mesh pockets.
