Only 3% of applications received are selected (e.g., Pimpant, Make My Lemonade...).

The platform is approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), ensuring a secure and regulated framework.

The entire investment process is carried out digitally on Tudigo.com.

You can invest directly in Muule's capital securely and simply.

The steps:

1. Go to Tudigo.com and click on "Create an account".
In a few minutes, you will access your personal space and available investment opportunities.

2. Consult the page dedicated to Muule and access the complete file from May 4, 2026 (project sheet, analysis file, etc.).

3. Read and accept the subscription conditions (detailed in the Key Information Document "KID").

4. Electronically sign the legal documents (subscription form, shareholders' agreement if applicable).

The Tudigo team is there to support you throughout the process and answer your questions, by phone and email.

The Muule fundraising campaign benefits from the Early Bird offer: subscription fees will be waived for all investments made during the first week of launch (i.e., from May 4 to May 10, 2026).

For subscriptions from May 11, 2026, certain investment fees may apply depending on the amount invested.

Investing in Muule entitles you to an immediate tax advantage: an 18% tax reduction on the amount invested. This measure aims to encourage support for French companies. Thus, when you file your next tax return, you will declare your investment in an SME and receive this reduction a few months later.

By becoming a shareholder, you participate in the entrepreneurial adventure and can benefit from the company's growth. If the company is sold in the future, you can realize a capital gain by selling your shares.
