Tarp rab siltarp plus shelter Olive

The RAB SilTarp Plus shelter represents a modular and lightweight alternative to the traditional tent, offering basic protection to solo mountain hikers or small groups (1 to 3 people) who like to travel light.

With its closed rear wall and its small awning, this tarp offers a good size shelter for you or your group during bivouacs. Weighing just 510g (without pegs or guy lines) and measuring 25cm x 16cm when folded, it can be quickly stored away or taken out of the bag and set up.

This tarp is made of robust siliconized 30D Cordura coated with polyurethane. Ultra-light and waterproof, it is incredibly durable thanks to its curved catenary seam which keeps the tarp taut, so that rain can run off and prevent unwanted flapping. The eight guying points are reinforced for added strength, and the four central lifting points create many possible installation configurations. This tarp includes nine pegs and six shrouds.
