New to the Swedish brand's Running range, the SILVA Trail Runner Free 2 Ultra headlamp is a lightweight and comfortable model that is very versatile with its rechargeable hybrid battery and hybrid battery case.
This model differs from the Trail Free 2 Hybrid by its very long-life 4.0 Ah battery, making it the ideal choice for long-distance enthusiasts.
The Trail Runner Free 2 Hybrid thus offers a dual light beam combining a long-range spotlight and a short-distance floodlight, guaranteeing efficient lighting. This technology results in fewer head movements and a clear view of both near and far obstacles, allowing you to gain balance and confidence.
Easy to use, it has three modes with a maximum power of 550 lumens (compared to 400 lumens in the previous version thanks to an improved cooler) to illuminate up to 80 meters. Thanks to its 4.0 Ah (14.8 Wh) battery, it provides 7 hours of autonomy at full power (at a temperature of 20°C).
A unique characteristic of this range, Free headlamps are distinguished by the power cord being integrated directly into the headband, for a comfortable experience with no annoying cords or tangled wires.
Additionally, the hybrid battery case can hold either the included rechargeable Silva battery or 3 AAA batteries (not included). This means you can use batteries as a backup if you run out of power in the rechargeable battery.
The battery can be carried comfortably on the headband or kept warm in your pocket to save battery life by using the included extension cable.
Finally, the case features an integrated red rear safety light, which adds extra visibility.
