A very high-end model, the RAB Ionosphere 5.5 inflatable mattress has been designed for use in extreme temperatures and hostile environments.

Lightweight and compact, it nevertheless provides excellent insulation ( R-Value of 5.5 ), notably thanks to TILT technology, a reflective film placed within the insulation reducing heat loss by radiation. In addition, the 100% recycled Stratus™ R insulation traps air to reduce heat loss by convection , ensuring that you recharge your batteries to be in good shape the next day even if the temperatures are freezing.

The XXL outer compartments ensure you stay centered on the mattress while you sleep, and the soft-finish fabric (100% recycled) features a non-slip print to prevent the sleeping bag from sliding around during the night. It inflates and deflates quickly and easily thanks to the discreet two-way valve and pump bag.

With a length of 183 cm in this Regular version suitable for sizes up to approximately 1.80 m, it has a generous thickness of 8 cm allowing it to cope with all types of terrain.
