Muule, what was it again?

It is the e-commerce platform that is reinventing the purchase of outdoor equipment .

Since 2022, we've been scrambling to offer our community a selection of outdoor sports equipment. But be warned, here we focus on quality, performance, durability, and humanity. And a little self-deprecation.

And since we can't stay still, we're opening our very first physical store in the heart of the Lyon peninsula (hello, the view of Fourvière).

Your mission

Under the guidance of your manager, you will be the Muule ambassador in store:

🧭 Welcoming and advising outdoor-addicted customers with passion, expertise and good humor.

💸 Manage sales with a strong sense of service (and very motivating turnover objectives).

🪄 Highlight products (visual merch, baby) to create a space as inspiring as a sunrise over the ridges.

📦 Ensure inventory management with rigor and coordination (thanks to our great e-commerce logistics).

💬 Convey Muule's values ​​in every interaction, with your energy and passion for the outdoors.

Desired profile

You are preparing a diploma in sales, commerce, distribution or equivalent.

You have :

• Great interpersonal skills: people like you, you understand them quickly.
• A very good knowledge of outdoor gear: backpacks, shoes, down jackets, mattresses, tents and other sleeping bags... hold no secrets for you.
• Regular practice of nature sports: hiking, trail running, cycling, skiing, climbing...or all of these at the same time.
• Autonomy, rigor, and a little resourcefulness. We could send you to set up camp in the middle of a storm ;).
• A sense of responsibility and a real desire to move the project forward.
• Available on Saturdays (when everyone comes to pick up their gear before heading to the mountains).
• Little bonus: you have already worked in sales.
